Each session includes complimentary aromatherapy to enhance your experience. For massages lasting 60 minutes or longer, you’ll also enjoy a warm towel foot wrap and a soothing facial massage to complete your head-to-toe renewal.
Short on time? Chair massage is also available—perfect for targeted relief or a quick reset during your day.

My name is Lynn Rinker—I'm a 10-year Air Force veteran, certified personal trainer, and licensed massage therapist with a passion for helping people feel good in their bodies. I believe movement and recovery go hand in hand.
I moved to St. Louis in 2012 and quickly fell for the parks, the running community, and the vibrant food scene. I can't explain how much I love going for a 10 mile trip down the river in a kayak or going to a show at The Muny on a warm summer night. There are just so many things to do and be a part of here!
